Choose your gown, select your colour and size, then tap Add to Bag or Shop Now to go straight to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment options shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Ready-to-wear orders can be changed or cancelled before they are dispatched. Made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Open the Size Chart on any product page. You can switch between inches and centimetres. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size or contacting us for advice.

Select Custom in the size dropdown and enter your measurements in the form that opens. Your gown is then made to your exact measurements. An additional AED 500 applies.

Use a soft measuring tape and measure over light clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight. The measurement guide in the Custom size form shows where to measure.

We deliver across the UAE and to selected international destinations. Available countries and delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Ready-to-wear pieces are usually dispatched within a few business days. Made-to-measure gowns need extra production time. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Ready-to-wear items can be returned or exchanged in their original condition with tags attached, within the period stated in our Refund Policy. Made-to-measure gowns are final sale.

We recommend professional dry cleaning only. Store your gown on a padded hanger inside a breathable garment bag, away from direct sunlight.
