Delivery Policy

• UAE-Orders will be processed and delivered within 3-5 working days after receiving an authorised payment.
• GCC-Orders will be processed and delivered within 10 working days after receiving an authorized payment.
• Rest of the world-Orders will be processed and delivered within 7-15 working days after receiving an authorized payment.

 

Remote Area Delivery

Additional delivery charges may apply to remote or hard-to-reach areas that fall outside the standard delivery coverage of our courier partners.

If your delivery address is classified as a remote area, our team will contact you to inform you of any applicable additional fees before proceeding with the delivery.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that additional delivery fees may apply to remote-area locations.

 

NOTES:

 

• The standard processing may be longer during Ramadan, Eid season and other public holidays.
• Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures.
• For orders less than AED 1000, delivery charge of AED 40 will apply within the UAE and AED 100 outside the UAE.
• If your order exceeds AED 1000, you will be entitled to free delivery within the UAE and the rest of the world.
• Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. MORES is not liable for additional costs related to customs that may occur.
